Amazing place near the Ferrari museum the staff at the front desk looked after us with our transportation even called to see if we could arrange the driver to come earlier due to train times will definitely recommend to any Aussie’s back home🥃

Have stayed at Hotel Arthur several times, most recently August 2023. Very friendly welcome and nice room with air conditioning. Good service. Nothing to complain about. Simply great.

Terrible experience, the staff was always annoyed if you ask for something. The manager was incredibly rude and disrespectful when asked to pay with card for an extra consumption (threw the card to the ground). Would not recommend staying here to no one. Better options around 5 minutes away.

A member of staff threw my colleagues credit card on the floor because he refused to take payment for a beer and a coke by card. The staff were disrespectful and contrite. I would not recommend this hotel.

I had the COVID so I could not go to this hotel. They did not take into account this exceptional situation and so I was charged the full amount which I think is a pity because they could have been more flexible. However the most surprising thing is that I asked them for their general terms & conditions and I got no concrete answer. Despite my emails and translations into Italian, the hotel never sent me what is legally required for any purchase or billing. So beware this hotel unfortunately has no official general terms & conditions and unfortunately they apply rules as they want. So expect surprises be careful. Sad experience
